Final mile delivery scan is available for PPS service in selected destinations as per transit time guide.

We are not be able to advise the reason of return at this point in time as it is usually indicated on the physical shipment by the Postal office personnel. Some examples of returned shipments could be due to the following: 1) Delivery attempted but customer was not at home and not safe to leave it in post box 2) Shipment unclaimed from the post office after a period of time 3) Incomplete/incorrect address information (Bad Address)
